Bethany hold her E-RYT 200 hour certification, her genuine playful spirit will make you feel like you have known her for years! Bethany's story...Like many women, after the birth of her first child she struggled with weight gain and mild postpartum depression. "I was searching for a way to feel good in my body again." I tried so many different workouts and diets but when I found yoga something clicked. Yoga helped me find the balance I needed. I stopped yo-yo dieting and putting my body through grueling workouts that left me feeling exhausted. With lifestyle changes and sticking with my yoga practice I lost over 30lbs. Bethany started teaching group fitness classes in 2014 with the goal of helping others feel good in their bodies. She is certified in BodyFlow, Barre Above and completed her E-RYT 200. Bethany teaches a powerful vinyasa class that is challenging and playful. It will help you tune in body and mind. Her goal is to help you break down mental and physical barriers.
