Julianna Spry
Pilates/Yoga Instructor
Julianna is a 200-hour yoga RYT trained instructor. She has been teaching for two years and is best known for teaching hot yoga classes. She has recently completed training for aerial yoga as well as, level two training through Peak Pilates and is planning on furthering her education in both yoga and pilates. Julianna teaches ballet and tap to young children and has been a student of dance herself for thirteen years. Her favorite style of dance is ballet and pointe but she also has training in jazz, tap, modern, and contemporary.
In the fall, Julianna will attend Brenau University where she will major in exercise science and minor in dance. She is so grateful to be welcomed into the Lifemoves family and is looking forward to her future in the health and fitness profession.
