Lifemoves Studio Pilates/Yoga/Barre Fitness Boutique

Seeing our vision for #Lifemovesstudio come to life is surreal. When we (2 like minded friends with a BIG DREAM) opened up our little yoga/barre/Pilates boutique/studio out of an 1100 Sq.ft. space we never dreamed we would expand to a 4400 sq.ft. space less then 2 years later. We are so proud of the friendly and supportive community that has developed from our neighborhood fitness boutique. We laugh a lot, tell inappropriate jokes, share stories, sweat our bums off (or up and out), and the best part is we get to change lives. Our members are relieved of chronic pain, they avoid surgeries (that they thought were unavoidable), improve their performance (GO FALCONS!), they morph into their best body and make themselves proud. Thank you to all of our amazing clients and instructors who have created this awesome culture.
